CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW, AND RESCHEDULING POLICIES

 

Palermo Walks enforces four standardised Cancellation Policies: Flexible, Moderate, Strict, and Rigid; one No-Show Policy; and one Rescheduling Policy.

Each service on our website will clearly state the cancellation policy. To cancel a reservation please send us an email.

 

Flexible: full refund 3 days prior to arrival, except fees

The Palermo Walks reservation fee is non-refundable. It amounts to 25% of the reservations.

For a full refund (except fees), cancellation must be requested a full 72 hours prior to the service. For example, if a walking tour is on Friday, cancel by Tuesday of that week before 9:30. Otherwise no refund.

 

Moderate: full refund up until 14 days prior to arrival, except fees

The Palermo Walks reservation fee is non-refundable. It amounts to 25% of the reservations.

For a full refund (except fees), cancellation must be requested a full 14 days prior to the service. Otherwise no refund.

 

Strict: 50% refund up until 30 days prior to arrival, except fees

The Palermo Walks reservation fee is non-refundable. It amounts to 25% of the reservations.

For a 50% refund (except fees), cancellation must be requested a full 30 days prior to the service. Otherwise no refund.

 

Rigid: no refund

This special policy applies to special private services and/or any service which includes an upfront and large cost to organise the service.

 

No-Show: no refund

Even though no refund is provided for in any case of no-show, we may try and offer the service at a different time or day. You may incur in extra charges for rescheduling the service at a difference time or day.

 

Rescheduling: extra charge

A reservation may be rescheduled at a different time or the same day or at a different day. This may incur in an extra charge.
